I have assets stored in my Binance Web3 Wallet. The app asked me to verify my wallet, so I attempted to back it up to Google Drive — but the backup failed (I tried at least three times). After that, the app displayed a message instructing me to uninstall and reinstall it.When I reinstalled the app, my wallet was gone. I was only given the option to "Restore Wallet." But if the backup failed, why was I told to uninstall and reinstall in the first place?The wallet was never deleted by me, so why is it no longer linked to my account? How can I restore access to my wallet?Additionally, there is no live support available for urgent situations like this, and the platform is not user-friendly to navigate during critical moments.
