Cannot pass new verification (after previous document ID has expired). Their Android app is complete crap: doesn't allow uploading a photo nor taking a photo, hangs all the time, doesn't log in for 30 and more minutes. Verification via a desktop web browser is impossible. Support recommends to change the smartphone!!! Then the support assistant disappeared and a new came and started telling the same lie. Also, they said that there are issues with my network (they somehow saw that on the screenshots I sent them). Though, I checked that network by uploading a 1 Gb file to a cloud storage without any issues. Binance earns billions of dollars (!!!) and don't even try to provide adequate service. One of the worst companies I have dealt with.UPD #1: All that recommended stuff, I did. Nothing helps. Case ID #110***868 (looks like there are already more than a hundred million complaints).UPD #2: Time requested from me? Each time I'm requested to wait more and more: 10 mins, 30 mins, 1 hrs, 2 hrs, 6 hrs, 12 hrs, 24 hrs... And no results... Just new stupid lies.
