I set up my account over 2yrs ago (actually June 2020, wow), verified, traded happily. Now, KYC wants so many documents - everything I send them is not good enough or requires further proof. Once I get my funds out, will not use them again!Edit- tried their solution - got referred to the KYC team! - Its £1000 which you've had for 4yrs - when can I have it back?
