My account has fully been verified for over a year but still, they do not let me add or transfer money to my account, The support team has been making me wait for an entire month now, and each time I reach out to them they say wait another few days. Well, it has been over a month, and they are still saying we don't have any updates and say maybe they will in a few days... This is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable!
