The software company I interact with at work is totally uncaring, too busy, and provides terrible support.It is such a pleasure to know that at home, I have superior protection on my laptops and a company that responds quickly if and when I have an issue.Also, the new products that continue to be released like Password Mgr. just make working online a whole lot easier.
