Last year I ordered a fridge and a dishwasher, the dishwasher arrived and was completely damaged, they tried to convince me to keep the damaged dishwasher with a slight discount. I refused, returned the dishwasher and ordered a new one. That was fine.The second item, the fridge, was never delivered and was canceled by them. I was never refunded the money.I was unaware of this, unfortunately. I carried on ordering lots of things from them... Last week, when I placed my last order, I decided to review my bank statement for all my orders. It transpired that I'd never been reimbursed the 399 euros I'd paid for the fridge. On 3/6 I contacted them and the lady told me that the case would be forwarded to see what had gone wrong and that they would get back to me within 2 days. Today, 6/6, I contacted them again and a BART agent told me that it was too late to claim my money. The very money they were supposed to be paying me back without me having to ask for it in the first place. 😡😡😡😡I immediately asked the guy to talk to the manager and he declined!!!On 12/6 BOL got in touch with me and said they were going to refund me the amount and I actually got my money back! I'm glad that they took into consideration my complaint and resolved it in the best conceivable way.I have regained my trust in BOL and have already placed a new order with them and will continue to do so because, despite what happened, I have always liked the speed with which their deliveries are made.
