What a terrible company. I ordered a drier and paid via iDeal. 4 days later, bol.com said there was no order linked to my account. Post.nl said there is no package registered. The actual seller (fodor) they said they gave it post.nl. How can bol.com not have record of my order if I can clearly see it in My Account? How can bol.com promise next day delivery, take close to 400 euros and then say they never heard of my order. My advice to anyone using Bol.com is to use the afterpay option, this way you wont loose 400 euros like we did.
