What a disappointment

What a disappointment. The site is covered with mentions about next day delivery. Yet after ordering and making sure to be present for the delivery day, you can forget it. A 50 euros toaster that I will never receive. After not being delivered last Saturday, zero update from their support, and the post tracking says 'recalculating'. It is now Wednesday, for an order placed Friday last week with next day delivery if you order before midinight.Attempts to contact the support services did not bring any solution. Attempts to convtact the post.nl are a waste of time also, Well, I almost bought a dishwasher at the same time, now I know where I will not order it.EDIT - the delivery guy came yesterday. He got the second item I ordered, a tapis (rug), and of course it is not the size I ordered (significantly smaller). He got a second package with him that has nothing to do with the order (from my mother). I tired to explain I could not accept the tapij as this is not the item ordered, and I do not feel able to carry this by bike to the post to send it back. As the delivery driver was extremely unprofessional, he refused to hear anything. I eventually had to slam the door on him, refusing to sign. Result - The wrong tapij is sent back to the sender, and my mother package is going to go back to France with the inside expiring. I cannot understand the mess this is here. I will order anything else somewhere else and will make sure DPD is not involved for the delivery. Costly mistake it is to order at Bol. My future dishwasher and new TV orders will now for sure go to Mediamarkt.Still fighting for this to this day, Here is how helpful the site is, making sure you cannot fill a request:Site will ask for a gazilion details, order number, drop down menu, I am not a robot captha, etc and If you keep trying until the end you ll get:Oeps daar ging iets mis!Maak je geen zorgen, het ligt aan ons, niet aan jou. Probeer het straks nog een keer.Luckily the live chat is there, you can speak to a robot for hours, then the Human comes in and just says:Priya:You can call: Nederland: 0303104999-> How did you manage to hire customer representatives worse that your terrible robot????
