TERRIBLE! Even 1 start is too much for bol.comI ordered an outdoor light and returned the product as the size was smaller than expected. The product is returned following bol.com's return instructions within 30 days. During delivery, the product is missed, and bol.com received an empty box. After I got this information, I requested to contact and investigate with B-post (the delivery service that Bol.com used) but they never did. After many emails and calls exchanged, it was clear that Bol.com considers the consumer as a thief, instead of trusting, and investigating the truth with the delivery service.In the end, I had to report to the European Consumer Center, and the result? Bol.com refused to find an amicable solution. As an ex-loyal customer, a lesson learned from losing 70 euros and time : I will NEVER EVER use bol.com.
