After 13hours of travel finally arriving in Atlanta Georgia with a confirmed place to stay we (family of 5 with 3 small children) were told we’re shit out of luck after the hotel was unable to find our reservation. After calling and staying on the phone for over a hour The manager Desiree stated she had been warned by her associate Ophelia about us. These 2 women were the most unprofessional call center representatives I’ve spoken to, to date! After paying for accommodation these 2 women stated we were shit out of luck and needed to just book another hotel for $400 since it is now 10pm. As a mother imagine my frustration when we were hung up on and should expect a refund 7-10 business. As a valued member of booking this is no way to handle a situation I will be going further to make sure no other mom feels as I felt with my children and no where to go in a foreign city.
