We’re do I start, I made a booking on in April for a 2 night stay with my family. Once I made the booking I was sent no email confirmation & reached out to booking.com who advised me there was no booking on ther system and the money would be refunded. I reached out again to inform them I had received no refund and they told me there had been an email typo , but the 3 times I had reached out each advisor told me there is no booking on the system. Obviously I was trying to have this issue rectified before the booking date , but the information I was given was no booking on the system , so what could I do ??I have now called booking.com each day and after a good hour or so on the phone , they just hang up . It’s a lot of money for the cost of living crisis we are in now to loose.I would advise anybody to really look into booking.com if they want a smooth booking .
