Desperate for help!

We are desperate for some customer service support but no one from Booking.com is responding to our requests for support. Our Accommodation that we booked 6 months ago has emailed us 3 weeks out from our trip to Bali saying they have to cancel our booking due to repair work, but no one seems to be able to give us a refund for the full booking fee we've paid. The property owner says we must contact Booking.com but Booking.com are not responding.
