Worst travel experience, I have been booking all my life with expedia and Agoda, I never had issues.Those guys on the phone have no idea what to do, no mercy, request supervisor call, which should be maximum 48 hours, it’s been 6 days now, and just ignoring.My flights were booked 2 months ago to 3 destination in the Middle East which, as everyone know, on fire, with Australian travel advisory, not to go, they have been pushing me to continue with my booking, I requested cancellation based on safety concerns, they don’t care, now playing I DONT CARE GAME.I am one week away from my travel, need my money to use towards another trip in a safer regions, they don’t help on phone and supervisor never call back… world longest 48 hour call back.I booked a hotel with Agoda, actually they refunded the whole booking in 10 min.Booking.com I have been calling 9 days no help no support no mercy… never use their service…
