Update:I have now cancelled my booking, as it appears communication is one sided and non-productive!I have also un-subscribed from their junk mail.This company appears very keen to bombard you with marketing / junk mail.However they do not appear to be very good with meaningful communication.This morning, I booked 3 nights in Colefield, It appears I have received no confirmation in my booking.com app, or to my direct email.As a result I have sent 3 chasing communication, all of which appear to have been ignored.All future bookings will be made with their competition.
