The customer service is useless. My booking did not appear in my account and could not find their email. Nevertheless I had paid two months before arrival and I had the paypal receipt which I duly forwarded them. I have been in touch with them via phone and emails, they were just unable and unwilling to help. Eventually the hotel did have the booking. I wonder how is it possible that booking could not get in touch with the hotel to check if something was wrong in their records? I provided all the details they asked for, many times, but they never got back to me. Unbelievable! One star is far too much!
