Have used booking.com for years, and when there is no issues, it's been a great cheap option to book flights and hotels.First problem I have had, and dealing with the customer service is awful.Flights were cancelled, to which I was told I would receive a full refund. The cost of the flights were £392 and I have received £191 refund.So currently I am at a loss of over £200 for something outside of my control.
