I booked accommodation through booking.com but the company then went bust. Despite over 10 emails booking.com have not responded to any. When I called I was told an email was it's way to me, this was a complete lie. I would strongly advise against using booking.com, if anything goes wrong they offer zero customer service and you will lose your money.
