If you have a problem with one of your bookings, you are in trouble big time, because the customer service is nonexistent.You will be on hold for a least 20minsThen the calls are dropped multiple timesThe customer advisors barely speak English, are rude and unhelpful.The platform is overly complicated and definitely not user friendly.It takes a minimum of 2 days to get back to you if you send them a message and in the end you just give up and keep having to constantly apologise to guests.Booking.com, significant improvements are needed in relation to your service.
