Totally useless support.Our library needed to reset our password. Repeated attempts to have them email us the reset link failed.When we contacted support, they said we had to log in and create a ticket. So, with a lost password, we were unable to log in. Their support then simply repeated the same message. Obviously, their support is a waste of time. We would NEVER recommend this service to any organization. There's a reason so many leave Brevo, and we are one of the hundreds now.
