Brevo has been inserting an angled bracketed link into my 'Preview Text' , to the recipient it look like spam so we cant send out our newsletter.I raised this matter 2 days ago. 1 day later a newbie said they would look into it. From his further response it seems that he does not understand the problem so I asked him to refer the ticket to someone who could work on it.They just closed the ticket without solving the issue.In the meantime we cannot send out our newsletters without it looking like spam due to the corruption of the Preview Text.This is another in a string of bollixs from Brevo who used to be good.We have a number of transactional emails programed into our API directed to the Brevo platform, we have already had to re-code them due to Brevo changing their coding and the thought of moving them to another platform fills me with dread but it look like this is what I am going to have to do.Anyone considering using Brevo should think again.
