Outstanding support team!

Some tools need more explanation, which the FAQs sometimes do not solve. But then you create a ticket within the support system and you ALWAYS gets great help. You don't only get a solution to your problem, you also get the feeling that the support people do care and try everything to solve your problem.The level of support I get is the main motivation for me to stay (even if some workflows appear improvement-worthy)
