I've never heard of this company and I was charged $40 on my credit card account by someone that used my virtual card that I've never used before. I've sent emails, because there's not a phone number that I can call and I'm not getting any help. I just want someone to refund this amount back to my account. Hopefully you guys can find a way to do a better job of making sure that whoever is using your company is using their own credit card and not someone else's.
