I recently signed up for their services after having good experiences on other sites. Sign up was easy but then they sent me an email that my account would be closed as it feel outside of their guidelines.I was very pleased with how fast they responded to my requests and worked with me to clear up any questions and re-instated my account.I don't have long term experience but this is a good start. I understand you might have issues, but how they clear the issues is all that matters to me.
