I've just set up my account with Buy Me a Coffee, but whilst doing so I ran into an issue, because my username is too long for the character allowance in the URL. I contacted the 'chat', and low, and behold, there's an actual person to deal with the issue! I was asked to create my account, give the name I wanted to use, and the tech team would sort it their end. It's taken a few days, but thanks to Anna, it's sorted. I can't speak to the rest of the experience I'll have, but I'm glad to use a platform that has actual people to help when it's needed!
