Absolutely terrible service! I tried to canceled my paid subscription less than 7 days, because I couldn't get support. Customer support refused to refund my money. Customer support agreed that reduce my service to free. However, they charged me another $130 for this year. Despite my several messages to Customer support they have totally ignored me. I guess they don't plan to refund my money again. I will file a dispute with my bank and report this business to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor LEAVE THEM ALONE!
