Complete joke of a company. Had to complain 3 times, every single time it was a hassle. I cant even remember the first time, but the second was the app not working for a huge amount of time, then the last time, they changed all the availability settings to make it a NIGHTMARE to administrate. Additionally, they removed functionality from the app making any workarounds impossible. I think the management got replaced with strategically shaved monkeys at some point. I contacted support only to get hung up on, and that was after they lied... They did the same last time too. I then get a email from a 'senior member of management' telling me, basically, to just deal with it and their 100% unwilling to help. And also, not an apology for the way I was treated by their support staff. Theres nothing but apathy, lies, bad leadership and zero support. Absolutely avoid at all costs... The system would be great if it worked properly, they stopped messing with it, and they actually treated their customers with respect. But thats a miss on all 3 counts.
