After using this company for more than 8 years across a number of clients, when we no longer had access to an email address on one client account and there was no recourse - no backup recovery system! And after nothing less than a blunt and dogmatic response to our issue, we were told in no uncertain terms - that it was 'tough'.Despite offering to prove ownership via Credit Cards statements, HMRC records, Companies House details etc. We were still met with a shut door. Not even Google has this draconian approach to someone else's information.As such, I am now reviewing the use of CM with all our clients.Be very careful to keep any copies of your lists because it may suffer the same fate and CM doesn't seem to care.Luckily for us, we have now found an old copy of our 3K+ database - but be warned, if you lose access to your email - you lose access to your database.Disappointed of Essex!MC2 Marketing
