I would give them a zero if I could. They charged me for the Pro plan but I had access only to the free plan. This happened TWICE. Then, when trying to resolve it, I kept receiving emails telling me that I had to send them information on the payments so they could "find " my account. Huh? You are charging me for a product I am not receiving and now I have to jump through hoops to help you rectify it? Horrible service. Never again.
