This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a company.The online features initially seem great and make it feel as though this is a genuine business that can create a high standard of product. The reality is, the products are terrible quality, and the customer support service is, whilst responsive, a joke.We ordered Premium business cards twice due to terrible, cheap quality the first time around. Credit to the company for the 2 refunds they sent, but more negatives on the assurance that 'next time the cards will be better', and a lot of wasted time altogether when they were as bad as the first batch.I conversed with 8(!!) different support staff through email to get this sorted, only to finally be told that they can't do any better than what was sent.What a shame, the web features are plausable.
