I have been using Canva for almost 7 years now. I have had a problem, I needed to create some media files with Canva and I logged in with a different account I needed some PRO instruments, so I added my credit card so that I could just get done my work. After that, I did not use that account with some PRO instruments or so. So, one day the subscription was successful and I was gone out of money at all (happily, I connected with support, which was very friendly, and Canva made a refund due to my certain situation. I was not expecting such a friendly and reliable reply, I am amazed at the support and my experience, and thanks so much for understanding and taking all the circumstances into account.I really amazed by your work, options, services, and support.
