I have tried so many times to get onto Pro free for Educators, and all i keep getting back is "unable to properly review the document attached as it couldn't be opened or clearly viewed by our team" I have sent it in the formats requested, i have even gone to our admin department and had a new photo taken of my badge, as i did have my original badge for a number of years and the picture did look a little faded, yet I still received the message above. i'm curious if this is a common problem, I am based in the UK and was wondering if that has something to do with the application process??
