We have had an issue with a furniture company called LitFad. To cut a long story short, we ordered an item from them in November 2024 and over a 140 days later the item has still not been delivered and we have purchased an alternative.We explained the situation to Capital One, as we used our credit card as payment. After supplying various documents we received a full refund via Capital One.Simple, No Fuss and Quickly resolved.
