I just called capital one about a possible auto financing. I wanted to know some general information about the policies. They told me they could not give me any answers without me actually applying. I explained to the financial people that I wanted this information because it would determine whether or not if I would finance through them. I was told I could not ask them for general information about Capitol One's auto financing without submitting an application. And because of lack of transparency. I would never get a loan through Capitol One. It's too difficult to speak to an actual human being to get any answers to begin with. And when you get someone they will not provide you with general information concerning their policies. I would NEVER get auto financing with Capital One
