I had been a CapitalOne customer for over 15 years now! They have gone downhill significantly! Today, I had Lu with them! They decided to terminate my credit card unilaterally and insisted to make me a new card because of concern for “fraudulent activity”! I went over my transactions with them 3 times, with 3 different representatives, and still no avail. Was on the phone for 45 minutes! I don’t have time to go and update my automatic payments each time they do this! I am sick and tired of their paranoia! And that is the end of it!
