I have had 3 accounts credit cards and I called talked to a representative about pay off I paid 4714 and 2 weeks later they want another 49 dollars and wouldn't help me at all there customer service is terrible I'm closing all 3 accounts I'm done be aware when you need something they don't want to help you bunch of crooks
