It’s a joke. Requested a card to help pay for rent. I had to pay $300 to get it and it’s been 2 weeks and still hasn’t arrived. They only gave me a credit for $300 and I can’t increase it for 6 months. So I’m out $300 to spend $300 and didn’t even help me with rent. Why would I spend money to spend money!? It’s the exact same amount so at this point all they have done is take my money with no credit. Outrageous. Customer service did absolutely nothing to help me. Go to money mart. Stay far away from capital one
