I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with Capital One's Platinum credit card. Despite my efforts to manage my account responsibly, I encountered significant challenges due to delayed payment processing. This resulted in excessive late fees and, ultimately, the closure of my account.Capital One's practices appear predatory, especially in how they handle payment processing delays. These delays, coupled with high late fees, put undue financial strain on customers who are trying to manage their finances responsibly.Attempts to resolve these issues through customer service were unproductive. Neither the agent nor the supervisor provided adequate assistance or relief regarding the fees incurred.I believe Capital One should review its policies to ensure fair treatment of all customers, especially those affected by payment processing delays. I urge potential customers to be cautious and consider alternative options that prioritize fair and transparent financial practices.
