Its been 10 days since i was promised a call back from a senior (i was told it'd be within 72 hours). The irony is, this call was chasing the previous time i was promised a call back from a senior. It's been over 3 weeks since i first contacted and asked to discuss some serious issues with my account. How hard is it?
