Capterra eventually cheats and scams honest reviewers out of promised incentives

It's a shame they had to cheat. Our radio hosting company had some deal with Capterra where they were asking us all to review the hosting software. My initial experience of Capterra was OK - my first three reviews, one in June and two in August, were all paid in a few weeks, with limited-time gift cards. Once on their mailing list, they send out huge numbers of promotional emails, *always* offering incentives for reviews. (e.g. "To say thank you for writing a review and helping others, we’d like to help you too: $10 to Amazon for each published review for up to five reviews.*") Eventually in January I submitted two more reviews, the same way as previously (via valid current incentive emails). These were published - but no incentive was received. When I queried this, the reviews compliance team unfortunately then lied, stating that my reviews weren't valid - even though they are now on the Capterra site with signs stating that I was offered a gift card incentive to complete the reviews! They then lied further, telling me their incentives only run for a few days each month. Capterra, we know your incentives run from beginning to end of each month, it says so in each new mail. We note Capterra responds to each negative review on here with the same cut-and-paste denial. Capterra: I submitted valid reviews within the correct period (the entire month), they clearly passed QA, and Capterra has pretended on the published reviews to have paid me, yet I was not paid for them. It's very interesting to read all these other one-star reviews. Capterra, you have trashed your reputation around a radio station for the sake of two $10 gift cards.
