i am highly suspicious of the validity of this review company. I placed a review and received request for additional information. I provided the information, and my review was not published. I inquired about the issue, and there was no response. My review was a reasoned, fact-based, negative review. The apparent road-block to publish my review raises my suspicion that this is a company with a motive. It makes me wonder whether Capterra has an allegiance to select company.****After a response from Capterra, I reached out to Capterra as was instructed. A form letter not addressing my specific concerns were emailed to me, when I emailed Capterra as per their instructions.Therefore, I am left to reaffirm my initial impression of doubt on Capterra - that their reviews do not reflect a balanced view of users.
