I have used Care.com several times in the past trying to find a decent caregiver. No one reads the job listing, they say they have experience and they DO NOT! Now I am receiving messages from job applicants and when I respond back, I never hear anything more from them. Obviously, they are not receiving my replies! Also, why does just about every senior caregiver also have a profile in childcare?? This is like a scam!! What is going on????
