You cannot cancel, they will charge you for 12 months every month. They say you can cancel your subscription which ends in 12 months. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!!! Their platform sucks, cant see who responded to what job in messages, cant sort my unread, they flood your account with prospective caregivers with about 10-20 a day, but only maybe 1-2 are real caregivers. PLATFORM IS A TERRIBLE MESS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!!!
