I would give less stars if I could. I was browsing their site and never clicked to subscribe. The next thing I know, my credit card (which was listed from a prior time I created the account) was charged a monthly fee plus an extra "combined check plan" that I never signed up for. When I got on the help chat, the representative told me she could not refund the money they charged. When I persisted to have these erroneous charges reversed, she end the chat abruptly. No reputable business would do this. In addition, when I did search for a caregiver, the listings were out of date. The people I contacted were either not available or not interested. Save your money and do not deal with this useless service.
