Absolutely terrible. Signed up for a year when I was pregnant with my daughter had my 1 year old. Ended up needed a back surgery and literally unable to leave the house, needless to say didn't think they were auto renewing the year service as well. Never used a sitter once, now that im 2 kids in deep, a broke back and lost a job yeah that several hundred hurts. Thanks for helping out with the auto renewal over 300$ better left a tree.
