Care.com use scam artist tactics to steal money from child care providers and people with children. Child care is one of the most under funded, critical services and care.com still finds a way to funnel money from providers and guardians. When you sign up for care.com, as a provider and as a guardian, you are automatically enrolled in auto renewal and the subscription charges are non-refundable. The website makes it difficult to turn off the auto-renewal and when you are charged they will tell you they emailed you the information and they don’t have to refund it. This is so incredibly predatory and should be illegal.
