I am very unhappy with your web site since you changed it a year or two ago. It needs a lot of work. I am extremely unhappy wihen I am looking for a job and the total layout of the job site. It is not clear and very confusing. I have to click to many different boxes to get what I want in my job search. You need to revamp your job site and make it easier to search for a job.
