2nd week using Cengage and so far I've lost about 5 hours of work I've had to re-do because it will log me out in the middle of me actively doing a lab for inactivity, or won't submit a completed assignment after pressing submit. Why do we as consumers let companies and schools take our money for products that are more of a detriment to our time than anything? I didn't pay for school and then this product to do the same assignments more than once.
