One of the worst online programs I have ever come across. Purchased a program through Dewalt website for a Contractors Exam Prep. Can not get passed the first site, keep getting a time out message. I have tried on multiple computers and cell phones. Tech support act like they are reading from a book. This is an exam prep, not a test, there is no reason that the site should be giving a timed out session error message. The "support" blame the student, but this is server error.
