I got change Preserve and have been paying annual charges of $600. With such an annual fee, I expected they provide benefits they advertised. One such benefit is travel cancellation and travel delay. After purchasing airfare through Change Preserve, I filed claims through their benefits website for travel cancellation and delay that resulted because of April 16th storms in Dubai. Inspite of a such well know and genuine issue, and after lot of back and forth and documentation, the benefits declined both my claims on the basis of no proof that airlines didn't pay me. As we booked through expedia, Expedia didn't give us any proof that no such benefit is paid. All said, it is a very very frustrating and painful process.
