CHASE BANK SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD

My name is NNAMDI ONUCHUKWU, a friend transferred the sum of £150 to my Chase bank account for a service. This happened on the 4th March 2024. This bank refused to allow me to receive this payment and refused to return the money to the sender. I have called their customer service center multiple times but they are not helping me. A friend told me that he has had a similar experience with this bank. Am planning to contact the financial ombudsman to intervene on this matter. The bank is also refusing to tell me why they SEIZED the deposit. I will advise potential customers to avoid this bank. There is something not right. The government should put the licence of this bank under scrutiny.
